It’s kinda crazy but this lil’ ol’ party, HOTPOT (aka “Beijing’s first worldclass party for music lovers with worldclass booty”), that DJ Wordy and I started has approached the 2 year mark. It’s actually quite the feat (“kinda like a big deal”) in a place like Beijing, where the shelf-life of parties, well…a lot of things, is not that long given the rapid change and development of EVERYTHING.
So we’re going to be doing it up big this upcoming Friday, April 16th at PUNK. Wordy will also be doing a live DJ+ MPC sampler performance with Soulspeak, a bona fide MPC virtuoso from LA.
